HTA 2000H
Static vapor phase sampler

The HTA 2000H sampler is designed for the automatic injection of volatile components from liquid and solid samples into a gas chromatograph. The equipment is designed for laboratories with a consistently high load, where continuous processing of series of samples is required without operator intervention, including pharmaceutical control of residual solvents, environmental monitoring of waters and soils, as well as analysis of food and beverages. Unlike the younger model with fixed sockets, this device is equipped with a rotary carousel for 40 bottles of 10 or 20 milliliters. The carousel rotates continuously, sequentially bringing each…

Static vapor phase sampler HTA 2000H
The HTA 2000H sampler is designed for the automatic injection of volatile components from liquid and solid samples into a gas chromatograph. The equipment is designed for laboratories with a consistently high load, where continuous processing of series of samples is required without operator intervention, including pharmaceutical control of residual solvents, environmental monitoring of waters and soils, as well as analysis of food and beverages. Unlike the younger model with fixed sockets, this device is equipped with a rotary carousel for 40 bottles of 10 or 20 milliliters. The carousel rotates continuously, sequentially bringing each position to the sampling node, which eliminates the mechanism of vertical lifting of vials and reduces the cycle time between injections. This design provides higher throughput and simplifies maintenance. The temperature control of the samples is carried out in a single-position heater, where the vial is supplied immediately before sampling. The operating temperature range covers values from 40 to 150 degrees Celsius, the holding time is set from 0 to 999 minutes. Orbital mixing with an adjustable rotational speed accelerates the establishment of phase equilibrium between the condensed phase and the gas layer above the sample. The gas-tight syringe with a volume of 1, 2.5 or 5 milliliters is equipped with independent heating in the range from 40 to 150 degrees Celsius, which guarantees the absence of condensation of the target components during transportation. The injection volume is programmable from 0.01 to 5.0 milliliters in 0.01 milliliter increments, and the gas intake and discharge rate is widely adjustable. Between successive analyses, the syringe is automatically purged with inert gas, and the number of flushing cycles is adjusted individually. The built-in leakproofness monitoring system tests each bottle before starting the sequence, detecting micro leaks through the septum or loose fitting of the lid. Such verification is especially important when analyzing highly volatile compounds in trace concentrations, where even a slight loss of sample distorts the quantitative result. The sampler is compatible with gas chromatographs from any manufacturer without the need to modify the injector or thermostat. The device can service both the front and rear injectors. Thanks to the quick-mount system, the instrument can be easily moved between the two analytical systems in the event of peak loads or one of the chromatographs going out for maintenance. The operator controls the device via a keyboard on the front panel to run standard sequences or through computer software to develop techniques and configure complex analysis scenarios. The color LED display on the housing allows you to visually monitor the current state of the sampler.
