HTA 2800T
Multifunctional sampler for gas chromatographs

The HTA 2800T sampler is a three-functional device that combines an automatic liquid injector, a static vapor analyzer and a solid-phase microextraction system in one housing. The device was developed by the Italian company HTA and is aimed at laboratories working with various types of samples, where frequent changes of techniques are required without the purchase of several specialized devices. The equipment is in demand in pharmaceutical control of residual solvents, environmental monitoring of volatile organic compounds, food analysis and forensic examination. The main advantage of the system is the ability to quickly switch between…

Multifunctional sampler for gas chromatographs HTA 2800T
The HTA 2800T sampler is a three-functional device that combines an automatic liquid injector, a static vapor analyzer and a solid-phase microextraction system in one housing. The device was developed by the Italian company HTA and is aimed at laboratories working with various types of samples, where frequent changes of techniques are required without the purchase of several specialized devices. The equipment is in demand in pharmaceutical control of residual solvents, environmental monitoring of volatile organic compounds, food analysis and forensic examination. The main advantage of the system is the ability to quickly switch between three operating modes. The transition from liquid injection to vapor phase analysis or solid phase microextraction takes less than five minutes and does not require disassembly of the turret, replacement of the syringe or recalibration of the device. If necessary, the sampler can be moved between two gas chromatographs within five minutes, allowing optimal load distribution in a laboratory with multiple analytical systems. For liquid injections, the device is equipped with a carousel for 121 2 milliliter vials. Syringes with a volume of 0.5 to 100 microliters are supported, the dosage rate is adjustable in the range from 1 to 100 microliters per second. Built-in SyringeID technology reads RFID tags on syringes, preventing the use of an unsuitable instrument and tracking its resource. For vapor phase analysis, the device is equipped with a six-position thermostat with heating to 170 degrees Celsius and orbital mixing of samples. The unique System Integrity Test feature automatically checks the tightness of each vial before starting the analysis, detecting micro leaks that can distort the results. An optional 42-position carousel is available for solid-phase microextraction, supporting both standard SPME fibers and more efficient SPME Arrows. The device is controlled via a full-color touchscreen with an intuitive interface that allows you to run sequences with a single tap without programming complex macros. The built-in artificial intelligence system performs self-diagnostics, predicts the need for maintenance based on statistics on the use of consumables, and automatically monitors the condition of the injector septa. In case of an emergency, a dynamic QR code is displayed on the screen, which, when scanned, transmits to the support service full information about the device configuration and the nature of the problem. The sampler is compatible with gas chromatographs and chromato-mass spectrometers from all manufacturers without the need to modify the injector or thermostat. Remote control is provided through the HTA Autosampler Manager software, available in the standard version and in the version with compliance with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 for accredited laboratories. The manufacturer provides documentation for installation, operation and performance qualifications.
