HTA 3100A
Automatic liquid sampler for gas chromatographs

The HTA 3100A automatic sampler from the Italian company HTA is a compact solution for automating liquid injections into gas chromatographs. The device is designed for laboratories where the volume of analyses does not require the capacity of older models, but the advantages of automatic sample entry are already obvious. The device is an ideal entry point for organizations just starting to implement automation, including educational institutions, small environmental and food laboratories, as well as pharmaceutical industries with a low flow of samples. The design of the autosamper is built around a carousel for 15…

Automatic liquid sampler for gas chromatographs HTA 3100A
The HTA 3100A automatic sampler from the Italian company HTA is a compact solution for automating liquid injections into gas chromatographs. The design of the autosamper is built around a carousel for 15 standard 2 milliliter vials, which covers the needs of a typical work shift without the need for night starts. The compact size of the device allows it to be installed even on the most limited work surfaces. At the same time, the device supports expansion — as the load increases, the laboratory can replace the carousel with models with a larger capacity without purchasing a new sampler. In the standard configuration, the autosampler serves one injector. The rapid injection technology provides a complete sample injection cycle in less than 100 milliseconds, which guarantees the correct shape of the chromatographic peaks. The dosing speed range covers values from 1 to 100 microliters per second, and the volume change step is 0.1 microliters. The range of supported syringes covers volumes from 0.5 to 100 microliters. RFID identification of syringes SyringeID automatically recognizes the installed instrument, comparing it with the expected volume in the method, and keeps records of the resource of each syringe. The autosampler inherits the entire set of intelligent capabilities of the flagship models, including self-diagnosis, predictive maintenance planning, automatic monitoring of the injector septa and resource tracking of consumables. The large touchscreen with an intuitive interface simplifies sequence setup, allowing you to run a one-touch analysis without programming. In case of a malfunction, a QR code is generated on the display containing information about the device configuration and the nature of the malfunction for prompt transmission to the support service. Up to six solvent vials of 10 milliliters each provide flexible flushing scenarios, including two-step protocols. The device is compatible with gas chromatographs and mass spectrometers from all manufacturers and is easy to move between analytical systems. Remote control is carried out through the HTA Autosampler Manager software, which is supplied in the standard version and in the version with compliance with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11. The manufacturer provides documentation for the qualification protocols.
