The device remains the most compact on the market, taking up minimal space on the laboratory table and being installed directly on the chromatograph body. This design makes the autosampler an ideal solution for laboratories with a limited work surface. The sampler is equipped with fast injection technology, which ensures a complete sample injection cycle in less than 100 milliseconds. The dosing rate is adjustable from 1 to 100 microliters per second, and the minimum injection time guarantees the optimal shape of chromatographic peaks even when working with ultrafast chromatographic methods. The dosing step is 0.1 microliters, which allows you to accurately select the required sample volume. Built-in artificial intelligence algorithms perform self-diagnostics, implement predictive maintenance, automatically monitor the condition of consumables and monitor the integrity of the injector septa. If a malfunction occurs, a dynamic QR code is displayed on the color touch screen, which can be scanned to instantly transmit configuration and problem information to the technical support service. The patented SyringeID technology uses RFID tags to uniquely identify an installed syringe, preventing installation errors (for example, choosing a syringe with an incompatible volume) and tracking its life for timely replacement. Optionally, the device can be equipped with a built-in barcode reader that ensures full traceability of each sample by recording data immediately before injection. The sampler can handle up to two injectors on a single chromatograph. The device is compatible with gas chromatographs and chromato-mass spectrometers from all manufacturers and supports up to six bottles of solvents with a volume of 10 milliliters each, which ensures long-term automatic operation without the need for refueling. The device is controlled via a large touchscreen with an intuitive interface, accessible to both beginners and experienced operators. Remote control is supported via the HTA Autosampler Manager software, available in the standard version and in the version that meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 for work in regulated industries. The sampler is also fully integrated into third-party data collection systems.
