Liquid sampler for HPLC HTA HT1500L

The HTA HT1500L sampler is designed for laboratories that require reliable automation of sample injection into high-performance liquid chromatography systems without redundant cost-increasing functions. The device is aimed at institutions with a limited budget and at operators who prefer simplicity and clarity in their daily work. The device holds 45 bottles with a volume of 4 milliliters. The design of the carousel is made with removable tripods, which allows continuous loading of samples without stopping the sequence — while one batch is being analyzed, the operator can prepare the next. Dosing is carried out using the Full Loop technique, the injection volume starts from 20 microliters. Device management is organized as straightforwardly as possible. The operator loads the vials, presses the START button on the built-in keyboard, and the device sequentially processes all samples in tripods. To create methods and configure sequences, the free HTA Autosampler Manager software is provided, which is installed on a personal computer. The built-in solvent reservoir ensures that the needle and the entire flow path are flushed before processing the next sample, minimizing contamination transfer. In addition to the standard analytical configuration, the HT1500L is available in semi-preparatory and preparative versions. In this modification, the device is equipped with loops with a volume of up to 30 milliliters and a carousel containing bottles of 40 milliliters. The increased solvent reservoir and endless waste make the system suitable for fractionation and purification of substances. The model can be easily integrated with any HPLC systems thanks to standard synchronization protocols. To work in the DataApex Clarity environment, a special control module is provided that provides seamless switching between the sampler and the data collection system. The device is compatible with KNAUER chromatographs and other manufacturers.
