Liquid sampler for chromatography HTA HT4000L
The HTA HT4000L sampler is a universal system for automatic injection of samples into liquid chromatographs, including HPLC, HPLC, ion chromatographs and LC-MS systems. The device is designed for laboratories where high flexibility is required in working with different types of samples, non-standard injection volumes and automated sample preparation. The model is in demand in pharmaceutical control, environmental monitoring, clinical research, and the food industry. A distinctive feature of the device is its exceptional capacity and adaptability to different media. The basic configuration is designed for 176 2 milliliter vials. When changing holders, options are available for 96 bottles of 4 milliliters or 54 bottles of 6, 10 or 20 milliliters. In addition to standard vials, the device is capable of working with Vacutainer tubes, Eppendorf micro-tubes, 96-well tablets, and even custom-made special titers. The robotic compatible open table design allows external manipulators to load and unload samples, organizing a fully autonomous workflow with the LIMS system or collaborative robots. To perform routine operations, the operator has access to the built-in interface and the free HTA Autosampler Manager PC software. The device is equipped with the possibility of full sample preparation. In addition to standard input, it performs sample dilution, pre-column derivatization, pH adjustment, and addition of an internal standard. For the implementation of complex non-standard procedures, the HTAPREP option is provided, which supports the creation of arbitrary preparation algorithms. Injection control is carried out using Push-To-Fill technology, which ensures minimal sample loss when working with limited volumes. The injection volume varies from 0.5 microliters, which makes the device suitable for nano-HPLC and UVLC. Syringes of 100, 250, and 500 microliters, as well as 1, 2.5, and 10 milliliters, are available for a wide range of applications. The modular architecture allows retrofitting the base unit in the laboratory as needs increase. Available accessories include a refrigerated compartment for thermolabile samples, a vortex mixer, a vial heating unit, a barcode reader, and an internal needle flushing system. Built-in sensors and self-diagnostic algorithms monitor the condition of consumables, and a color LED display on the panel provides the operator with instant information about the status of the device.
