This system is designed for laboratories that require flexibility in selecting methods without purchasing multiple specialized instruments. The system is powered by a next-generation quadruple pump, generating operating pressures of up to 800 bar at flow rates of up to 5 ml/min. These characteristics allow it to work with both traditional 4.6 mm columns and high-performance sorbents smaller than 2 μm. The mixer volume is 350 μL, ensuring high gradient accuracy with short separation times. Engineers have implemented automatic switching of the mixing mode depending on the column method being used. The Multisampler sampling module is equipped with two independent needles that operate alternately. While one injects the sample into the mobile phase stream, the second prepares the next sample. This configuration reduces the intercycle interval to just a few seconds. A multi-stage flush system using three solvents and a backflush mode reduces residual carryover to less than 9 ppm. Feed Injection technology is supported, allowing samples with high organic solvent concentrations to be injected without additional dilution, preventing chromatographic peak degradation and loss of separation power. The thermostatted compartment accommodates up to four analytical columns with automatic switching capability without operator intervention. Connections are performed using InfinityLab Quick Connect tool-less connections, eliminating the risk of overtightening threaded fittings. Optical detection is available in a wide range of models: a high-sensitivity diode array detector (DAD HS) with a low noise floor, a variable wavelength detector (VWD), a fluorescence detector (FLD), and a refractometer (RID). All detectors are compatible with high flow rates and provide data acquisition rates required for the accurate characterization of subsecond chromatographic peaks in UHPLC mode. The software includes a BlendAssist module, which automates the preparation of buffer solutions and pH gradients. The ISET (Intelligent System Emulation Technology) function emulates the hydraulic characteristics of chromatographs from other manufacturers, ensuring method transfer without revalidation. The built-in InfinityLab Assist interface provides the operator with predictive analytics on component status, automated scenarios, and visual prompts for resolving typical deviations. Integration with third-party data acquisition systems is accomplished via the Instrument Control Framework (ICF) protocol. The model has received ACT (My Green Lab) environmental certification, confirming transparency of environmental impact at all stages of operation. The autosampler has a sample capacity of up to 6144 samples using a stackable microplate configuration, the highest among systems in its class.
