The manufacturer offers several system configurations, varying in detector set, number of input channels, and operating mode. Isocratic and gradient versions are available, with a fixed 280 nm UV detector or a variable detector that records three wavelengths simultaneously. Advanced modifications are equipped with a disposable pH electrode, air and temperature sensors, and an increased number of buffer inputs. The range of single-use circuits includes a Low Flow Kit for columns up to 20 cm in diameter with a flow rate of up to 175 liters per hour and a High Flow Kit for columns larger than 20 cm with a flow rate of up to 510 liters per hour. The circuit materials are USP Class VI certified, contain no animal-derived components, and are supplied pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation. The system is controlled via UNICORN software with an installation wizard that guides step-by-step through the installation of the single-use circuit and records test results.
