SIEHE Multi-Tank equipment is a high-speed dispersant with hydraulic lifting of the working head and a rotary mechanism that allows servicing up to four permanently installed tanks. The construction is designed for industrial enterprises that produce a wide range of products: paints, inks, adhesives, suspension pesticides, building mixes and food emulsions. The principle of operation of the unit is based on a combination of three key components. The hydraulic system with an integrated pumping station smoothly raises and lowers the working head to a height of up to 2,300 millimeters, which allows the tanks to be freely moved or replaced. An electric rotary mechanism with a locking sleeve turns the head to a preset angle, sequentially positioning the disc above each tank. A high-speed dispersant with a frequency-controlled drive develops a circumferential velocity of up to 20 meters per second, creating a powerful turbulent flow that breaks up lumps and draws powdered components into the liquid phase without agglomerating. The "one dispersant — multiple containers" configuration eliminates the need to purchase a separate mixer for each product in multi-range production. The customer places from two to four boilers in the workshop, and the dispersant sequentially moves between them. While mixing is going on in one tank, the operator loads the components into the next one or unloads the finished batch. The material in contact with the product is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. On request, AISI 316L or PTFE anti-adhesive coating is available for use with sticky formulations. The drive power ranges from 7.5 to 132 kilowatts, which covers the needs of both laboratory and industrial lines. Speed control is carried out through a frequency converter, which provides smooth start and stepless control of the processing mode. The cooling of the dispersion disc and hydraulic oil is organized through built-in radiators, which guarantee long-term operation without overheating. The manufacturer equips the equipment with explosion-proof components according to the ATEX standard for use in environments with flammable vapors and dust.
