The SIEHE SFSH dispersant is an industrial equipment with hydraulic lifting of the working head, designed for intensive mixing and dispersion of components in a wide range of volumes. The device is in demand in the paint, ink, glue, pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries for the production of emulsions, suspensions and pastes. The hydraulic system ensures smooth lifting and lowering of the shaft with a dispersing disc, which greatly simplifies the loading of raw materials, changing the working capacity and sanitizing the equipment. The drive is equipped with a frequency converter for stepless speed control in the range up to 1,450 revolutions per minute. A disk with a diameter of 230 to 800 millimeters develops a circumferential velocity of up to 20 meters per second, creating powerful turbulence that instantly draws powdery components into the liquid phase without the formation of agglomerates. All parts in contact with the product are made of SS304 stainless steel. This solution guarantees corrosion resistance and compliance with high hygienic standards. The SFSH range covers installations with engine power from 7.5 to 132 kilowatts, which allows you to customize the configuration for a specific production task — from laboratory batches to industrial volumes up to 10,000 liters. The equipment is equipped with an explosion-proof design according to the ATEX standard for working with flammable solvents. A 360-degree rotation of the working head is available on request, allowing multiple process tanks to be serviced with a single dispersant. The production process management is automated through PLC controllers with the possibility of integration into SCADA systems.
