The SIEHE SFSW dispersant is a wall-mounted high-speed dispersing equipment widely used to optimize production areas. The device is in demand in the paint, ink, adhesive, pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries for dispersing and mixing liquid and viscous materials with a viscosity of up to 100,000 MPa ·s. The key feature of the model is wall mounting, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the occupied area on the production site and conveniently assemble equipment in lines with limited space. The design provides a manual mechanism for lifting and lowering the working head for easy loading, changing containers and cleaning. The drive is equipped with a frequency converter for smooth adjustment of the rotation speed in the range from 0 to 1450 revolutions per minute. The dispersing disk develops a circumferential velocity of up to 20 meters per second, creating a powerful turbulent flow that effectively breaks up lumps and draws powdered additives into the liquid phase without forming agglomerates. All parts in contact with the product are made of SS304 stainless steel. The SFSW range covers installations with an engine power from 4 to 30 kilowatts, which allows you to customize the configuration for a specific production task — from pilot batches to volumes up to 1,500 liters. An explosion-proof version according to the ATEX standard is available on request for handling flammable solvents and flammable materials.
