The SIEHE SXJB mixer is a dual planetary mixing equipment combining a low-speed agitator and a high-speed dispersant in a single working head. The device is designed for research institutes, university laboratories, and industrial enterprises working with highly viscous materials, including adhesives, silicones, ceramic pastes, and lithium battery slurries. The design of the equipment is based on two independent but coordinated mechanisms. The blades of the planetary mixer rotate around their axis and at the same time around the center of the bowl, providing intensive mixing without stagnant zones. In parallel, a high-speed dispersant operates, creating powerful shear forces to break up lumps and involve powder additives. The standard equipment includes a scraper that continuously cleans the walls and bottom of the container, which eliminates the formation of hard-to-reach areas and product residues. The manufacturer produces models in two categories. The laboratory series includes the SXJB-2 versions with a working volume of 2 liters, the SXJB-6 by 6 liters and the SXJB-10 by 10 liters. In this series, the mixing head is fixed, and the bowl is lifted by hydraulic cylinders for convenient loading and unloading of the product. The industrial series covers models with a working volume from 40 to 650 liters, where the lifting mechanism of the bowl is also hydraulic, but with increased load capacity and advanced automation. All contact parts are made of stainless steel, which can be replaced with SS316L, duplex 2205 steel, or special coatings. The equipment can be equipped with a vacuum system for product deaeration, a heating or cooling jacket to maintain the process temperature, as well as an explosion-proof design according to the ATEX standard. Management is automated through PLC controllers with the possibility of integration into top-level systems.
