The SIEHE SXJB-Lab mixer is a laboratory double planetary dispersant designed for universities, research institutes and factory laboratories. The device is designed to work out technological parameters and create experimental batches of high-viscosity materials, including adhesives, sealants, silicones, ceramic pastes and slurries for lithium batteries. The design of the equipment combines two independent operating mechanisms. A low-speed planetary mixer with specially shaped blades rotates around its own axis and at the same time around the center of the bowl, providing intensive mixing throughout the entire volume. In parallel, a high-speed dispersant operates, creating powerful shear forces to break up lumps and involve powder additives. A scraper is installed on the planetary frame, which continuously cleans the walls and bottom of the container, which eliminates the formation of stagnant zones and product residues. The manufacturer offers three basic laboratory configurations: SXJB-2 with a working volume of 2 liters, SXJB-6 by 6 liters and SXJB-10 by 10 liters. In all laboratory models, the mixing head is fixed, and the bowl is raised by hydraulic cylinders for convenient loading, visual inspection and unloading of the finished product. The equipment is equipped with a vacuum system for deaeration of the material and removal of air bubbles. A heating or cooling jacket is available on request to maintain the process temperature, an explosion-proof version according to the ATEX standard, and an extrusion device for mechanized unloading of pasty products. The materials in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, which can be replaced with SS316L, duplex 2205 steel, or special coatings (PTFE, tungsten carbide). The equipment is capable of processing materials with a viscosity of up to 10,000,000 centipoises.
