The SIEHE SYZ mixer is a laboratory vacuum mixer with a double planetary mixer and a high-speed dispersant combined in one working head. The device is intended for research laboratories, universities and enterprises involved in the development and scaling of formulations of highly viscous products, including adhesives, sealants, silicones, epoxy resins, lithium battery pastes, electronic slimes, ceramic suspensions, medical ointments and cosmetic creams. The equipment design includes two independent but synchronized operating mechanisms. The planetary stirrer with stainless steel blades rotates around its own axis and at the same time around the center of the bowl, providing intensive mixing throughout the volume without stagnant zones. The high-speed dispersant, located eccentrically, creates powerful shear forces to break up lumps and involve fine powder additives. A PTFE scraper is mounted on the planetary frame, which continuously cleans the walls and bottom of the container, which guarantees the absence of product residues and facilitates subsequent sanitation. The standard vacuum system allows you to remove air bubbles from viscous compositions, which is critically important in the production of sealants, optical adhesives and battery materials, where the presence of gas inclusions is unacceptable. The equipment is equipped with a heating jacket to maintain the set temperature during the mixing process, which is necessary when working with heat-sensitive components or polymer compositions that require preheating. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. At the request of the customer, it is possible to make stainless steel AISI 316L (for aggressive media), as well as to apply special coatings — PTFE for increased anti-adhesion ability or tungsten carbide for protection against abrasive wear. The control is carried out via a programmable PLC logic controller with a touch screen, which allows you to save the parameters of various formulations in the device memory. The 8-liter bowl has a two-layer "shirt-in-shirt" design for uniform heating over the entire surface. The lifting mechanism of the bowl is hydraulic, with stepper control for smooth and precise stroke adjustment. Ports are provided on the lid of the bowl for loading components, installing a vacuum gauge and additional sensors. All rotating parts of the equipment are securely protected by casings.
