Each rotor is cooled by an integrated forced ventilation system with a patented duct architecture that reduces the interval between starts to several minutes. The case is equipped with an intelligent door with contactless elbow opening — the operator does not need to release his hands to start the analysis with the carousel loaded. The controls are displayed on a 10.1-inch touchscreen display. The user adjusts the main screen for themselves by placing shortcuts to frequently used programs and menus. More than 500 ready-made methods are sewn into the device's memory, covering typical tasks of different industries. The built-in video guide with step-by-step instructions allows employees without deep chemical qualifications to master the device. The SmartLink remote monitoring function notifies about the end of the cycle via a mobile device, and the SmartLight color backlight visually signals the work status from a distance. The reaction is monitored through two channels. SmartTemp technology with an optical probe non-contact measures the internal temperature of each reactor in real time, combining the response speed of an in-body sensor with the convenience of an infrared sensor. The SmartVent gas discharge detection system registers the moments of overpressure relief and prevents corrosion of internal components. The manufacturer offers nine rotors for different tasks: from the 64-position for disposable glass tubes to the high-performance 20SVT50, which can withstand heating up to 310 degrees Celsius and pressure up to 130 bar. The rotors are compatible with PTFE-TFM reactors resistant to hydrofluoric acid. Safety is ensured by a multi-level system: automatic self-diagnosis before startup, software locks and an overlapping door with a re-sealing function. The equipment is certified according to ETL and GS standards, which confirms its compliance with the strict requirements for electrical equipment operating under pressure.
