Thermo Scientific TracePLOT TG-BOND Q
Capillary column for gas chromatography

The Thermo Scientific TracePLOT TG-BOND Q capillary column belongs to the class of porous layer PLOT columns designed for gas chromatographic analysis of permanent gases, volatile hydrocarbons and polar compounds. The device is in demand in the petrochemical industry, environmental monitoring, process gas analysis and food purity control. The sorbent is a 100% divinylbenzene homopolymer with nonpolar properties. Polymer particles are fixed on the inner surface of a quartz tube using a technology that prevents them from being washed out by a carrier gas stream. This design prevents solid particles from entering the detector, which…

Thermo Scientific TracePLOT TG-BOND Q
PLOT column based on nonpolar divinylbenzene for reliable separation of permanent gases and light hydrocarbons. The particles are fixed to the inner walls of the capillary, which prevents them from blowing out and protects the detectors from damage.

Capillary column for gas chromatography Thermo Scientific TracePLOT TG-BOND Q
The Thermo Scientific TracePLOT TG-BOND Q capillary column belongs to the class of porous layer PLOT columns designed for gas chromatographic analysis of permanent gases, volatile hydrocarbons and polar compounds. The device is in demand in the petrochemical industry, environmental monitoring, process gas analysis and food purity control. The sorbent is a 100% divinylbenzene homopolymer with nonpolar properties. Polymer particles are fixed on the inner surface of a quartz tube using a technology that prevents them from being washed out by a carrier gas stream. This design prevents solid particles from entering the detector, which is especially important when working with sensitive detection systems, including mass spectrometers and catarometers. The column provides efficient separation of a wide range of compounds. The main analytical tasks include the separation of C1–C3 isomers and alkanes up to C12, separation of carbon dioxide, methane and oxygen-nitrogen-carbon monoxide mixture, as well as the analysis of oxygen-containing compounds and organic solvents. Due to the non-polar nature of the phase, the column maintains stable performance even after multiple valve switching cycles in automatic sampling systems. The stationary phase can withstand temperatures up to 300-320 degrees Celsius, which makes it possible to analyze high-boiling components and effectively regenerate the column after handling contaminated samples. The column is available with internal diameters of 0.32 and 0.53 millimeters, lengths from 10 to 30 meters and film thicknesses of 10 or 20 micrometers.
